Limassol BL Cup 2025/26

The Limassol BL Cup 2025/26 is the official knockout competition of the Cyprus Business League, featuring 22 teams — 20 from Limassol and 2 invited teams from Larnaca.

The Cup is played in a classic playoff format, giving every team a chance to fight for a second trophy of the season.

Competition format:

• 10 teams from last season’s Limassol League and the Larnaca Summer Cup Champion advance directly to the Round of 16.
• The remaining 10 teams play a Qualification Round for 5 spots in the Round of 16.
• From there, the tournament follows a standard knockout structure: Round of 16 → Quarterfinals → Semifinals → Final.
• In all rounds except the Final, if a match ends in a draw, the winner is decided by a penalty shootout. The Final includes extra time if needed.

The Cup runs alongside the League during the season, with selected matchweeks dedicated entirely to Cup fixtures.

It’s a chance for both established clubs and newcomers to test themselves, create surprises, and experience the excitement of knockout football.
